As you’ve probably guessed by now – this blog has slipped into a bit of a hiatus. This is mainly because I am concentrating all my time and energy now on getting the novel written, as well as compiling databases of people and places for use in the biography. Any other time gets eaten up by being taxi/PA/bank/pet-sitter/cook/housecleaner for my teenage daughter!!!

I have updated the website though: http://www.hughdespenser.com with a few new bits and pieces. Also I am on Facebook (just search for Jules Frusher) and Twitter (@julesfrusher) if you want to catch up with me and how I’m doing on there. Hugh also has his own pages on those two sites too – although he is often too busy in Chancery and with Edward to write too many updates!!

I’m sure the blog will revive again at some point – and I will keep it up as it has been a useful resource for some. Otherwise, please come and join me on the other sites….

About Jules Frusher

With an MA in Creative and Critical Writing, I am passionate about the written word. The other great loves of my life are all things Medieval (especially Hugh le Despenser the Younger) and animal behaviour (especially canids and corvids). Give me a castle in the wilderness (with Broadband!) and I'll be happy!
